This website is a beta test site for the AgilarcAnswers product/service.  As the administrator of this service, Agilarc makes no guarantees in the form of warranties of data persistence, site availability, functionality, or accuracy either expressed or implied. The services related to this site may be disabled at any time without notice.

Website Privacy & Security Statement

If you use this site for mission-critical production purposes, please be sure to print copies of your data or store it locally.

Agilarc will not sell beta partner data for any reason, and participation in the AgilarcAnswers beta program will be kept strictly confidential. 

Agilarc will not use beta partner data for any reason other than to evaluate the performance and features of the AgilarcAnswers product and to solicit feedback from the beta participants. Information you enter about your survey recipients will not be used beyond what it necessary to send survey emails, track email delivery, and to collect and analyze survey results. Agilarc does not sell survey recipient data and we will not contact survey recipients except as part of the fulfillment of a partner developed survey.

Security Measures

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We store all user information in databases protected via a variety of access controls as well as being physically located in a secure facility.  This data is accessed only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement. 

Do we use “cookies”?

Yes.
